Arriving by public transport
If you prefer to come to our campsite by public transport, we recommend you take the train to Trento and from there, take the coach to Pozza di Fassa. The campsite shuttle bus will pick you up from there. In order to plan your journey schedule more accurately, contact us via email and we will advise you. |

Energy saving
Our campsite has won the European "Ecolabel" prize. This prize is awarded to hospitality businesses which are particularly environmentally friendly. An example of this is that all the taps in the wash blocks, apartments and rooms are fitted with timers to avoid water wastage. Furthermore, our water is heated by means of solar panels and a biomass boiler. |

Four-legged friends
Animals are more than welcome on our campsite, as long as they are kept on a lead. We have even created a private bathroom especially for them with an access ramp and bath tub so they can have a hot bath! They can also have fun running freely in the meadows in the pastures and in the woods next to the campsite. We would like to remind you however that they are not allowed in the apartments, chalets or rooms. |

Fresh air
At our holiday village the air you breathe is 100% clean! We can guarantee the highest levels of fresh air and tranquillity as we are situated amongst pasture meadows and woods, with no main roads nearby. Help us keep things this way by turning off car and camper van engines as soon as possible! |

Our holiday village has 16 covered and heated parking spaces. Free for bikes and motorbikes, motor vehicles at a charge. |

Gift tokens
Do gift tokens have to be booked in advance or can they be bought straight from the check out?
It is possible to buy gift tokens straight from reception. It is not necessary to book in advance, but it is definitely advisable to reserve massage appointments. You can do this by telephone on +39 0462 760022 or alternatively via email beauty@campingvidor.it
Is it possible to book gift tokens by telephone?
Yes, it is possible to book tokens by telephone on +39 0462 760022. Once payment for the gift token has been received by bank transfer or postal order, the token will be entered on to the system and sent out by post.
Are expired gift tokens still valid for use?
Coupons bought via our website www.campingvidor.it are valid. If a token has expired, please renew it at reception or by telephone on +39 0462 760022. High value tokens do not lose their validity. |

Our holiday village has parking spaces in every sector, as well as for the restaurant, wellbeing centre and beauty farm. There are more than 60 spaces and 6 disabled spaces. There is a private parking space for each apartment and chalet. |

Petrol station
It is just 4km from our holiday village to the nearest petrol station. Please remember that winter petrol is obligatory during the winter. |

Pharmacy
In the town of Pozza there is a very well stocked pharmacy. If you require a pharmacy outside normal working hours there is always a pharmacist available. |

Reception
Our reception is open 7 days a week all day from 8am to 10pm. |

Safety
Every apartment, chalet, room and private bathroom is fitted with a safe. A free storage service is available at reception for jewellery and valuable items for all other guests. |

Skipass
4 star service! It is possible to obtain the skipass directly from the reception and avoid queues and misunderstandings. You can even book it in advance. So you can leave the campsite in the morning with your skis on "sanssouci" or rather, without a second thought! |

Supermarket
There is a supermarket inside the utility complex which stocks all the necessities, as well as camping equipment and first aid supplies. New for this season we have set up a department of local specialities and wellbeing products. |

Swimming pool temperatures
Our swimming pools are heated to two different temperatures. The adults pool is 1.40m deep and is heated to a temperature of 30°C, whilst the baby pool is 30cm deep and is heated to a temperature of 34°C. |

Tourist Information centre
There is a very useful information office with qualified multilingual staff in the centre of our town, Pozza di Fassa. It is possible to book direct bus tickets for all the major Italian cities. |

Towels and bath robes
Forgotten to bring your towel or bath robe? No problem! You can hire a set of towels or a bath robe from the reception for the duration of your stay. A set of towels (bath and hand towel) costs € 4.00, and bath robes cost € 5.00 |
|

Trailers
Our holiday village also caters for holidaymakers who bring a motorbike or bike trailer to carry things, by providing places where you can store them safely and then collect them when you need them. |

Water
The water throughout our holiday village is of excellent quality and is drinkable. It is drawn from the springs just above the campsite. The water in the sprinkler system which waters the gardens is not drinkable however, in order to save energy this water is recycled. |

Water babies
Young babies love splashing around in the water, so the temperature of their pool is much warmer (+34°C). It is obligatory for babies to wear swimming nappies. If necessary these are on sale in our supermarket or at the swimming pool reception. |
|
|
|
Wellbeing centre
Bring a pair of sandals and enough towels. Large towels are particularly advisable especially for visits to the sauna. We would like to remind you that in the wooden saunas it is obligatory to keep a towel between your body and the seat. It is possible to hire towels, bath robes and sandals if required. |
