"ZACAN SE ZACA ZECHE" is a tongue twister in the Ladin dialect (native to the Dolomite region) which means "FINALLY IT'S TIME TO EAT SOMETHING!"
Our Restaurant-Pizzeria was opened to complete the package of services that we offer within the campsite, and to enable us to open our doors to all those staying elsewhere, or living in the region, who want to taste our simple but sought-after cuisine. The expert hand of the chef and the goodness of the ingredients used guarantees quality. Respect for the seasons and love of our local products is all that we want to offer as a basis for our work.
The key word is "simplicity". This ensures that your palate can recognise the many different hints of the flavours of the carefully chosen ingredients. Our chef Massimo Girardi sources these ingredients from the local Ladin region just as our grandparents did, in order to obtain a more genuine diet with less calories. He captures the freshness of the aromatic alpine herbs in the local products, creating typical farmhouse recipes from the Alto Adige region giving a taste of the Italian lifestyle. He creates sublime pleasures suitable to taste at any moment. This is achieved through the introduction of a line of products made with spelt, kamut, buckwheat, and wholemeal flours, used when preparing the first courses, desserts and bread...
