A. Arrival and departure times:
ARRIVAL: pitches/family bathrooms from 12.00 to 19.00 (up to 22.00 on request) - apartments/chalets/bedrooms from 15.00 to 19.00 (up to 22.00 on request)
DEPARTURE: pitches/family bathrooms before 12.00 a.m. - apartments/chalets/bedrooms from 08.00 to 10.00a.m. (on request also at 07.00 a.m.)
B. Dogs are welcome at the campsite, always on a leash.
No domestic animals are allowed inside the apartments/bedrooms/chalets.
C. Payments with EC-cards, pin cards and credit cards are accepted only with a minimum amount of € 300,00.
D. Special offers, discounts are not cumulative and must be paid cash.
E. Down payment: apartments/bedrooms/chalets: € 200,00; pitch: € 100,00. The deposit should be remitted according to the terms outlined in the Booking Offer sent by the campsite. € 10,00: booking fees.
F. Cancellation: the reservation can be cancelled free of charge with written notice up to 30 days prior the start of the booked period. In any case booking fees are not refundable.
G. Dates of arrival and departure are binding!
In case of late arrivals or advanced departure, guests will be charged of the whole reserved period.
H. B&B (Bed & Breakfast): prices are intended per person per night, including breakfast and use of the swimmingpool and wellness centre; supplement of € 5,00 per person for only 1 night stay.
I. APARTMENTS/CHALETS: Normally, apartments A1-A8 are given from Saturday to Saturday, whereas Chalets C1-C8 from Sunday to Sunday.
Caution: € 100,00 in cash.
Compulsory end-cleaning (A1 € 30,00/A2-A3-A4 & C1-C8 € 40,00/A5-A6 € 45,00/A7-A8 € 50,00)
Extra cleaning of kitchen € 20,00.
Bed linen (one change per week) included in price, bath- and kitchen-towels for rent, on request (Bed linen extra per change per person € 6,00/Bath towels per change per person € 4,00/Kitchen towels per change € 3,00)
Heating included in the price only during winter time (December-April). Temperature: +18°C/+20°C
Additional folding bed per night (Adult € 15,00/Child up to 10 years € 10,00/Baby bed € 7,00)
