Nordic Walking consists of walking along mountain paths, meadows or valleys, equipped with specially designed sticks. By doing so you use 90% of the muscles in your body and simultaneously move legs, arms chest shoulders and nape. It is a sporting discipline to be practised in the open air, and is gentle exercise which develops resistance, strength and fitness.
It is the perfect exercise if you want to achieve good physical fitness in a brief time period, without putting pressure on the joints. The Dolomites are the ideal place for those who want to start practising this sport, where you can enjoy the pure air and fantastic views under the expert guidance of capable guides. Our holiday village offers 3 routes of 3 varying difficulties which depart directly from our campsite and return directly back.
