The Dolomiti Superski area is unique in the world in terms of size for winter sports area.
The variety of activities you can try is almost limitless. The main focus is on Skiing and Snowboarding, for which there are 1200 km of pistes at your disposal. This is almost matched by the number of ski tracks available for cross country skiing, at 1,170km. Floodlit sledging slopes run from the mountain lodges to the valley. For those who don't ski, the choices are, snow shoe hikes, winter walks, as well as ice skating. As for the "after ski" time, there are a huge array of possibilities on offer such as music, parties and festivities, various possibilities for relaxation in the wellbeing centres, as well as a trendy shopping environment amongst the art, culture and museums.
