As our prices vary depending on the travel period, availability and accommodation type, we do not provide quotations by phone. This allows us to check availability accurately and send you a complete and up-to-date offer.

Is a deposit required to confirm a booking at Camping Vidor? +
Yes, to confirm the booking a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required, payable within 7 days after confirmation.
The booking becomes final only after the payment is received.
Which payment methods are accepted at Camping Vidor? +
We accept several payment methods: cash, debit card, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer.
Bank transfers must be made in advance so that the payment is credited before departure.
When do I need to pay the balance at Camping Vidor? +
The remaining balance is paid upon departure. If payment is made by bank transfer, it must be credited before check-out.

Can I add guests after booking? +

Can I add a dog after booking? +
Yes, a dog can be added after booking as long as the chosen accommodation allows it. Please inform us as early as possible.
Can I choose my pitch or accommodation? +
In low season you can request a preference, which we try to accommodate. During high season, specific allocation is not guaranteed for operational reasons.
Can I book without a credit card at Vidor Resort? +
Yes, you can book without a credit card. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer within the deadline stated in the booking confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy at Vidor Resort? +
If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, with a €10 booking administration fee deducted.
If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

What happens if I leave earlier than my booked departure date? +
If you leave before your scheduled departure date, the full amount of the booked stay must still be paid, even if you do not use all the booked nights.
We therefore recommend checking your travel dates carefully before confirming your booking.

What types of pitches are available at Vidor Resort? +
Vidor Resort offers three main types of pitches:
Comfort pitches: approx. 50–70 m², suitable for campervans or caravans up to around 7–7.5 metres.
Maxi Comfort pitches: 80–120 m², suitable for vehicles up to approx. 9 metres.
XL pitches: the largest and most panoramic pitches, located in privileged positions.
XL pitches are the most popular due to their space and open views.
If your campervan or caravan is longer than 8 metres, please let us know when booking so we can assign the most suitable pitch.
What is the difference between Comfort, Maxi Comfort and XL pitches? +
The main differences are size, vehicle length and pitch location.
Comfort pitches are suitable for smaller campervans and caravans (up to around 7–7.5 metres) with an area of 50–70 m².
Maxi Comfort pitches offer 80–120 m² and are suitable for vehicles up to around 9 metres.
XL pitches are the largest and most panoramic, often in corner positions with open views and extra comfort.
If your campervan or caravan is longer than 8 metres, please let us know when booking so we can assign the most suitable pitch.
Do the pitches at Vidor Resort have electricity? +
Yes, all pitches are equipped with up to 16 amp electricity connection.
Electricity is charged based on consumption.
Can I stay at Vidor Resort with a tent or do I need a camper? +
Yes, you can also stay at Vidor Resort with a tent. A camper or caravan is not required.

Do pitches at Vidor Resort have water and drainage? +
Yes, all pitches have a drinking water connection.
Wastewater drainage is available on all pitches in summer, while in winter it is only available on XL pitches.
Is Wi-Fi available on the pitches at Vidor Resort? +
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout Vidor Resort, including all pitches.
Is the Happy Family package mandatory at Vidor Resort? +
No, the HAPPY FAMILY package is not always mandatory.
It is required only in certain periods, while in other times it can be added optionally.
It includes access to the Aquapark for the whole family and the wellness area for adults (fitness area excluded).
Are gazebos, awnings and tents allowed at Vidor Resort pitches? +
Yes, awnings, gazebos and tents are allowed as long as they remain within the pitch and are used safely according to weather conditions.

No, night entry is not allowed in order to ensure the rest and tranquillity of other guests.
Can I receive visitors during my stay at Vidor Resort? +
Yes, visitors are allowed for up to approximately 1 hour. After that, an additional charge may apply according to the Vidor Resort price list.
Can I park an additional car at Vidor Resort? +
Yes, an additional car can be parked depending on availability and reception instructions.
Can I leave my camper on the pitch and leave with the car? +
Yes, you can leave your camper or caravan on the pitch and leave with your car.

Are all hotel rooms located in the main building? +
No. Some rooms are located in the main building, while others are in the two nearby annex buildings, just a short outdoor walk away. All guests have access to the same resort facilities.
What is the difference between rooms in the main building and the annex buildings? +
The main difference is their location. Rooms in the main building provide direct access to the reception, restaurant, Aquapark and wellness area, while rooms in the annex buildings require a short outdoor walk to reach the resort's main facilities.
Which board options are available for hotel rooms? +
Hotel rooms can be booked with Bed & Breakfast or Half Board, depending on your preferences and availability.
What is included in Half Board? +
Half Board includes an All You Can Eat breakfast and dinner at the Vidor Resort restaurant. Drinks are not included.
Can I add dinner if I booked Bed & Breakfast only? +
Yes. Subject to availability, you can add the Half Board dinner or book a table at the resort restaurant and order from the à la carte menu.

For a romantic getaway, we recommend the Private Spa room, featuring a private sauna and whirlpool. Classic and Traditional double rooms are also available for guests looking for a simpler option.
Is it worth staying at the Vidor Resort hotel? +

Can I enjoy a holiday at Vidor Resort without using my car? +
Yes. Thanks to its location, you can easily walk to the centre of Pozza di Fassa, the ski lifts, hiking trails and cycle paths. You can enjoy your holiday without needing to use your car every day.
Stopover area +
Who can use the Vidor Resort motorhome stopover area? +
The stopover area is reserved exclusively for motorhomes and vehicles with rooftop tents. Caravans, trailers and ground tents are not permitted. It is designed for travellers passing through who wish to enjoy the resort's facilities for a short stay.
Can I book a pitch in the Vidor Resort stopover area? +
No. The stopover area cannot be booked. Pitches are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
How does access to the Vidor Resort stopover area work? +
Access is controlled by an automatic barrier. If a pitch is available, an entry ticket is issued, allowing the barrier to open. Before leaving, simply pay at reception.
How long can I stay in the stopover area? +
The maximum stay is 48 hours. The stopover area is open 24 hours a day.
How is the stopover area fee calculated? +
The fee is charged per 24-hour period and cannot be split. After the first 24 hours, the next 24-hour rate is automatically applied. Prices vary by season and are always updated on the Vidor Resort website.
What is included in the Vidor Resort stopover area fee? +
The fee includes:
- stay for the vehicle crew (24 hours),
- 2-amp electricity connection,
- use of the campsite's sanitary facilities,
- motorhome service with fresh water and waste disposal,
- access to playgrounds, Mini Club, cinema and Otta's World,
- participation in the resort's activity programme.
Access to the Aquapark, Sauna World and gym is available at the external guest rate. The bar, restaurant, pizzeria and market are also available at an additional cost.
Can I use the Aquapark when staying in the stopover area? +
Yes. Guests staying in the stopover area can access the Aquapark, Sauna World and gym by purchasing the external guest admission, subject to availability and resort regulations.
Can I use the restaurant, bar, pizzeria and market? +
Yes. Guests staying in the stopover area are welcome to use the resort's bar, restaurant, pizzeria and market. These services are available at an additional cost.
Is the stopover area suitable for large motorhomes? +
Yes. The stopover area is also suitable for large motorhomes. If your vehicle is particularly long, we recommend checking space availability upon arrival.
Aquapark & Wellness +
Is Aquapark access always included for Vidor Resort guests? +
It depends on the type of accommodation booked. For hotel guests, access to the Aquapark for the whole family and the wellness area for adults is always included (except on the day of departure). For camping and glamping/apartment guests, access is included only if a package such as Happy Family has been purchased.
Can I buy Aquapark and Wellness access if my package does not include it? +
Yes. If your stay does not include access, you can purchase either a 3-hour ticket or a full-day ticket, depending on your preference.
Can external guests access the Aquapark and Wellness area? +
Yes, but with some restrictions. During peak periods such as July, August, the Christmas holidays, and other busy periods, external guests are generally not admitted. On some mornings, depending on occupancy and weather conditions, access may be available. We recommend contacting reception before your visit.
Can I use the Aquapark and Wellness area on the day of departure? +
The services included in your stay are not available on the day of departure. If you would like to continue enjoying the Aquapark or Wellness area, you can purchase either a 3-hour ticket or a full-day ticket, subject to availability.
How many pools are there at the Vidor Resort Aquapark? +
The Aquapark features four swimming pools:
- an indoor pool with a depth of about 1.40 metres,
- a heated outdoor pool with a whirlpool,
- a shallow children's pool,
- a water play pool with interactive games for younger children.

Is the Aquapark suitable for young children? +
Yes. The Aquapark is designed for families and includes a shallow children's pool, a water play pool, three water slides and plenty of fun areas for younger guests.
Are the swimming pools heated? +
Yes. All pools are heated and maintained at approximately 30–32°C, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout the year.
Are there water slides at the Aquapark? +
Yes. The Aquapark features three water slides, providing plenty of fun for children and teenagers.
Is the Aquapark open all year round? +
The Aquapark is open whenever the Vidor Resort is open, during both the summer and winter seasons. Opening days and hours may vary depending on the time of year.
Is the wellness area reserved for adults? +
Yes. The Sauna World is accessible from 15 years of age and is designed to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment.
Is swimwear required in the wellness area? +
No. The Sauna World is a nude wellness area, following the traditional Alpine sauna culture. A towel must be used inside the saunas, and slippers are mandatory throughout the wellness area.
What does the Vidor Resort Sauna World include? +
The Sauna World is an adults-only wellness area featuring different saunas, relaxation rooms and quiet spaces, perfect for unwinding after a day in the Dolomites.
Can I rent bathrobes and towels? +
Yes. Bathrobes and towels are available for rent for an additional fee.
Are massages and wellness treatments available? +
