Your booking and stay – conditions

A. Arrival and departure times:
Check in: Apartments/chalet/lodges between 15.00 and 19.00
Check in: Casa El Sangon between 16.00 and 19.00
Check out: Apartments/chalet/lodges between 08.00 and 10.00 (or at 07.00 on request)
Check out: Casa El Sangon between 08.00 and 11.00 (or at 07.00 on request)
B. Dogs are allowed in the resort and in resort buildings, on a lead, for an extra fee. Restricted entry to the restaurant.
C. A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid by credit card or bank transfer at the time of booking. The booking may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After this time, the deposit will be retained in full or, subject to approval by the booking office, held over for a subsequent stay. Booking fees, however, are non-refundable. The remaining amount is due at the property.
D. Smoking inside the buildings and private bathrooms is strictly prohibited.
E. Use of the Aquapark, sauna world and fitness room (if included in the package) is not included on the day of departure.
F. Final cleaning obligatory, to be paid at the end of your stay (see schedule). Extra kitchen cleaning €20.
Bed linen (changed weekly) included in the price, towels and tea towels for hire on request, (extra sheets per change €10 per person; extra towels per change €6 per person; extra tea towels per change €3).
G. Bank cheques are not accepted.
H. Arrival and departure dates are binding. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the entire booking period will be charged.
